How
it works
Every
item on this website has been handmade and is completely unique. We only
keep a relatively small stock which we display at craft fairs, and so each
piece will be made to order.
How
to order
Simply
send us an email
with your requirements. We offer three services as follows:
1.
You can have a replica of anything on this site with the size, colour and
price as stated. Please quote the main heading and description, e.g.
Suncatchers; Elephant and balloons.
2.
We can modify any design on the website to your requirements, although
this may incur an additional cost to that stated. If something is made
smaller, it doesn't necessarily mean it will be cheaper - this may mean
more intricate, time consuming cuts. Likewise, increasing the size doesn't
necessarily mean the price will be greater, we will price each order as we
receive them.
3.
Send us a sketch or photo and we can create a completely customised piece
for you. If you require a customised piece we will create a pattern for
your approval which we will send by email before beginning work.
Once
we have your requirements we will start working on your piece as soon as
we can. We will aim to complete your order within 2-4 weeks, so please
bear this in mind when you place your order. Once your order is ready we
will send you an invoice for the price of the piece plus a charge for
postage and packing.
Our
invoices will be generated using Paypal. You can either post us a cheque,
or make payment through Paypal using any major credit or debit card. You
do not need to have a Paypal account to make the payment, it's completely
secure and there’s no charge to the customer to use it.
Upon
receipt of funds, we will despatch your item by Royal Mail.

NOTE
Under
no circumstances should any creation be given to children. If a
creation is to be displayed where children play, then it MUST be placed
well out of their reach
